Welcome to LiveTheStory. We believe that your story belongs to you. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit the Website or use the Mobile App (collectively, the "Platform").

Account Discovery
When you sign in via Apple or Google, we collect your email address and primary name to identify your "Soul" within our realms and synchronize your story progress across your devices.
The Weaver's Inputs
We collect user-provided descriptions, genre preferences, and narrative choices made during story generation. This data is essential for "The Weaver" (our AI narrative engine) to craft your unique journey.
🔮 AI & Third-Party Processing
To weave our tales, we use state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) provided by third parties, including but not limited to Google Gemini and OpenAI.
- Descriptions and narrative choices you provide are sent to these third-party AI systems for the sole purpose of story generation.
- Your personal identifiers (like your email) are never shared with these AI providers.
- Inputs sent to these providers are subject to their respective privacy and data usage policies.
💠 Usage & Retention
We use your data to:
- Manage your "Souls" and premium subscriptions.
- Maintain your personal library of generated stories.
- Improve the generation quality and safety of the Weaver engine.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, all personal identifiers and story history will be permanently purged from our scrolls.

Under GDPR and other local laws, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. You may request account deletion at any time through the Settings screen in the Mobile App or by contacting our scribes.
